Some jurisdictions have adopted the AQB criteria of 75
hours of education for the Real Property Appraiser Trainee Classification. In
Nebraska, these criteria can be met by successfully completing AP101, AP102 and
AP103. Appraisers in other jurisdictions should check with the appropriate
regulatory agency to see if there are any requirements specific to their area.
