Problem Solving in Appraisal Practice:        (7 Hours Continuing Education)

The seminar reviews the appropriate techniques utilized in selecting comparable sales, correlating and reconciling the approaches to value, and solves problems in actual appraisal practice. The seminar provides an opportunity to discuss and solve appraisal problems with a knowledgeable instructor and with other appraisers. The course material covers a wide range of property types and all levels of credentialing.
