Analyzing Market Conditions     (7 Hours Continuing Education)

This 7-hour seminar includes discussion and instruction regarding researching, analyzing and reporting market conditions.  Included in the seminar is detailed coverage of the new Fannie Mae Form 1004MC/Freddie Mac Form 70 (Market Conditions Addendum). 

Seminar Objective: To provide the appraiser with the knowledge necessary to perform a meaningful market analysis and adequately convey the results of the analysis in an appraisal report.
