CE806:Appraisal Exam Prep and Comprehensive Review:This 7-hour seminar is designed to assist the appraisal trainee prepare to take any of the standardized state appraisal exams. The program will include a review of the basic concepts, terminology, methods and techniques used in appraisal practice today. The content runs the gamut from basic principals to elementary capitalization techniques. The seminar is intended to assist applicants at all levels (licensed/certified residential/certified general). It does not cover state specific exam content. The overview of concepts, terminology, methods and techniques also serves as a great refresher for the practicing appraiser. Some states do not allow Continuing Education credit for this seminar.
