Residential Income Approach:        (15 Hours Qualifying Education - Tested)

This is a 15-hour tested qualifying education course that has been developed for the real property appraiser interested in learning how to correctly develop and report the income approach in appraising residential properties. It also provides an excellent review for the experienced appraiser. USPAP, as applicable, and income terminology are covered in the course.

Course Objective: To enable the student to demonstrate proper understanding of the principles, methods and techniques that apply to the Income Approach to Value.

Prerequisite: AP102 or equivalent
