Course #AP107:Residential Income Approach: (15 Hours Qualifying Education - Tested)>>> This is Part B of Residential Sales Comparison and Income Approaches, the 30-hour module in the AQB's new education criteria. <<< This is a 15-hour tested qualifying education course that has been developed for the real property appraiser interested in learning how to correctly develop and report the income approach in appraising residential properties. It also provides an excellent review for the experienced appraiser. USPAP, as applicable, and income terminology are covered in the course.
